      Pros

      401K that matches up to 4%, seemingly good health benefits. Potential for yearly bonuses and raises, relaxed atmosphere and good majority of employees have an upbeat happy attitude which is part in due to the atmosphere the company strives to create.

      Cons

      No real direction for advancement in the administration world. Pay is not as high competitors however I feel the try to compensate in other ways such as events, adjustable schedules,bi-annual company parties and a few other perks.

      Pros

      Dress code is very relaxed. Hours can be flexible in our department. You can work remote. Most of the employees are pretty good people.

      Cons

      No structure in how our department runs projects. It's a just get it done type of place. They will put junior resources in charge of senior level tasks and then wonder why projects go over budget. When things go wrong there are a few PMs who will point fingers and talk about their resources to management or to other team members behind their backs.

      Pros

      The company is much different than other engineering companies I've worked for. Fewer levels of management and more freedom to come up with new ways to get things done.

      Cons

      There's a lack of communication between divisions. Not many people from one division seem to know what another division does.
