      Good company to work for if you're among the inner circle.

      Cons

      Upper management vowed to keep it employee owned until they took the money and ran to their banks, realtors, travel agents, yacht dealers, etc

      A place for a complete quick burnout

      Pros

      Some social activities like the summer outage.

      Cons

      They take way more than they can handle when it comes for work so you'll get burnout real fast. Leadership is a failure and can be very toxic so you can't rely on them (leaders got there by seniority not by merits or leadership skills). Mentorship program is a joke and they boast about it all the time, for mentors have no time to actually mentor someone due to insane workload, unless you're lucky and you ger assigned to someone who takes this task seriously. Not so diverse at all.

      Good culture. Employee owned. Emphasized quality deliverables above all else. Always supported family and work life balance.

      Cons

      Sold out all of the above due to an avoidable problem.
