The role involves consulting, leading to busy weeks at times and less hectic ones at others. Advancing within the organization takes a while and isn't a straightforward trajectory. Achieving the next title can be challenging. While the pay is good, it may not be the highest in the industry. Nevertheless, I've consistently received annual raises and access to bonus opportunities. In my view, the flexibility of a hybrid-remote work arrangement compensates for any differences in the pay scale.

For me personally, I have zero cons working at POWER. POWER has supported me over the last 11 years in building my career the way I wanted it to be. So for that, I am forever grateful and cannot find any reasons I do not like working here.
