Pros

Flexibility with time, hybrid work, etc. As long as you get your work done, you can take time off basically whenever you need.

Cons

The pay isn't great. The company is "employee-owned" but you have to be in the "boy's club" to get stock or go out of your way to beg for it. They don't recognize hard work and reward accordingly.

Thank you for your review. We're in the process of hiring a compensation manager who will help ensure that all employees are heard, included, and compensated fairly for their work. We appreciate your honesty and sharing your experience. Your feedback will be shared with our team.

Pros

Some of the departments have strong group culture, managers are flexible with hybrid work environments/let you work odd hours, great health benefits, they give a struggling employee a lot of chances before firing them.

Cons

company is regarded as an "old boys club", once you become a mid-level engineer they will overload you with work and will not provide enough resources. It is not easy/well defined how to become a shareholder, there are not good project managers, most PM's were hired for who they know and their seniority, not for their project management skills. This division is losing senior engineers as well because other companies pay much more. Shareholders only make up 16% of the company, and get huge returns but they will not increase most of their employees salaries.
