There are some great individuals who work here but anyone who is great doesn't last long

Cons

Where to begin - all the problems in the company come from the top. The CEO has been forcing workers back into the office since June 2020 in the middle of the pandemic. Those who didn't feel comfortable returning were fired. This place is a revolving door with turnover - the CEO/"Purple Belts" view their employees as extremely disposable and the second you realize how messed up this place is you're fired or let go. The CEO is a narcissist that genuinely enjoys firing his employees. You will not be treated with respect here.

The CEO has no respect for the health or safety of his employees. Many people have been fired for not feeling comfortable in the office during the COVID pandemic. All direct reports (Purple Belts) of the CEO do and say nothing when their employees are treated poorly, even when they are in the room with them. Since March 2020 110+ employees have either quit or been terminated in the US alone.

I will make you appreciate companies that actually live up to their integrity

Cons

The CEO as well as another Co-Founder who manages Pride Technologies are basically liars. And they don't care if they lies would hurt other people's lives. Just to give two examples. First, the co-founder threw the former Legal Counsel under the bus for his own mistake when another firm tried to sue for stealing product name. Second, they promised one of my associates to sponsor his H1B visa, and changed their mind after the associates has worked at the firm for 6 months. Such liars!
