Pros

Pride is not a well oiled machine so if you do get to work here, you do get experience in areas you would not in a more established company

Cons

The CEO is the downfall of this company. Management has very little say and are essentially yes men to the CEO. There is a large workforce in India serving two purposes: 1. Instead of having a great tech stack and having efficient process workflows, the workforce in India is used for manual data entry which can lead to delays and inaccuracies. 2. To replace workforce in US. This is across all departments (recruitment, sales, operations) Healthcare is very expensive. I paid approx $140 per paycheck for myself. Honestly, this is one of the worst places I have worked strictly because of the CEO who does not allow any decision to be made without his input. Because of this, every single person is affected in the company. His lack of respect and humility also doesn’t help.

Terrible Company Culture

Pros

The only pro about working at this company are the people you meet within your team. They can be some of the best you would ever work with.

Cons

CEO and management only care about the bottom line. They create a bunch of make believe programs and systems to act as if they care about company culture when they couldn't care less, its just for advertisement. Nepotism drives the course of the day and the insane turn over rate is reflective of their poor talent engagement team. Do not work here if you value your mental and emotional health. Would only recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Pros

The location can't be beat.

Cons

Everyone is afraid to speak up as there will be retaliation. There is zero loyalty to their employees. Some of upper management are wonderful people, the rest are just in bed with the CEO and will throw their teams under the bus to save themselves. The mood swings of the CEO impact the daily vibe of the office, often negatively.
