Pros

No nights, no weekends, built in clientele

Cons

They claim that you will receive at minimum $14 an hour. The truth is that you only receive commission plus tips. So if you only have one $30 haircut you are walking away with only $15 and have to be there for a minimum of 4hrs a day. That's definitely not minimum wage

Pros

50% commission, they charge high prices and direct deposit

Cons

Use cheap hair products. Very cheap client capes and terrible perms. Lots of Paul Mitchell products and takes a long time to get orders so you run out often and can’t do the service. They are always hiring because employees don’t stay. Management is laughable and they hire managers that have no experience minding others.
