      Pros

      Very little in the "pro" section here. Big company with good benefits is about it.

      Cons

      I have never worked for a company that is more distrusting of its channel partners and employees. The micro-management level here is off the charts. Management is mediocre at best right from middle to top. Employee turnover is high because of the distrust and micro-management. I have been here for a short time and am currently looking for another opportunity.

      Pros

      During my employment there I found It to be a very nice organization to work for. Friendly people, nice environment, growth possibilities.

      Cons

      PSG like most places is an "AT WILL Employer" so one must stay ahead of the curve and make themselves useful in many ways outside their assigned job title.

      Great Opportunity with a wide variety of experiences

      Pros

      As a Commercial Development Intern I did many different jobs, so it was a great internship experience if you are looking to dabble in a lot of different types of jobs.

      Cons

      Sometimes I was not kept busy, but this was a very small problem. I also wish that I had received a performance review at the end of the summer, but I had not. While verbal confirmation is nice, it would have been helpful to have a written review of my strengths and weaknesses that were noticed during the internship.
