Pros

I got to learn how to use a lot of equipment, procedures, programs, terminology and I got a lot of lab experience.

Cons

Pace is not a good place to work. The pay is far below industry standards. They expect applicants to have a degree, yet the pay is so low it’s impossible to even keep up with student loans, gas, insurance, groceries and other basic costs of living. HR is completely useless when you need support. Management does not know how to manage — they constantly dump rushed batches on top of already overloaded weeks, and then turn around and scold employees for getting overtime. The work environment is disorganized, stressful, and unsupportive. It seems like the company is always trying to take advantage of and screw over their employees. If you’re considering this job, look elsewhere.

Pros

They're almost always desperate so you'll probably get an interview. The actual team you'd work with would be great. Relaxed people just doing their best and willing to help each other out. As I understand it management policies and people leaving the location has cut into this pretty severally.

Cons

They're always desperate because people quit in droves. Upper management does not listen, ever for any reason. If you try to tell them what they want done is not physically possible they will tell you to do it anyways and blame you when it fails.
