      Pros

      Decently diverse workplace, that’s about it.

      Cons

      Starting pay is abysmal, only slightly made up for it you want to pick up second or third shift w/differentials. Safety is a joke here. Management does not care about you, upper or lower. No opportunities for lateral or horizontal advancement. Long shifts at times, sometimes you’ll be working alone even if you aren’t certified to do your task. Management doesn’t care

      Pros

      Flexible with coming in late. Great co-workers. Time off balances are good. Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Empty promises. Long working days. Overloaded with clients. No work life balance. Mgmt isnt available when there's questions. Sink or swim mentality. They micro manage everything despite preaching they wont micro manage. Also they pay sucks. For all the hours ypu work as a PM, its 100% not worth the salary they have you on.
