Enjoy my clients. They are decent people to work with.

Cons

Managers are clueless, lazy and arrogant. Don't train much. You have to learn on the fly. High turnover ratio.

Good company, support their workers if they are unhappy with a client or work they are doing. Find new contracts after current one is finished instead of making you do it yourself

Cons

Terrible pay, don't give a chance to negotiate salary during annual review process. Can be frustrating to be bounced between entry level positions
