Relaxed Atmosphere Most people were fun to work with. Good to gain a year or two of experience, then move on.

Cons

Management does not care for retraining, if you don't understand something and make a mistake, you get sacked and replaced, just like that

Pros

Benefits weren't bad. Matching 401K. There were some good co-workers, but they have all since left-- the better you are at your job, the more will get dumped on you because no one else will do it.

Cons

Poor management, only interested in final quotas. Push you to hide mistakes, but if they find out, they'll fire you to cover thier own butts. Long hours. If you don't need to work here to survive, don't. It's not worth your sanity. They'll run you into the ground.
