I work a full-time and this is a great part-time job that fits my personality and my schedule. I get to work autonomously and have been able to get placements customized around my location during the week for my job and during the weekend in the city I actually live in. What's nice is before a potential placement happens, providers can meet with clients and families before final decisions are made, to make sure that everyone is comfortable, the fit is good and the schedule works for everyone. It's a good part-time job if you like working with kids and meeting new people of all backgrounds. It is also extremely flexible with my lifestyle and the office staff is laid-back and easy to work with.

The Regional Managers actually care and treat you with respect. Office staff are very genuine, polite, and caring which can be hard to find. You set your own hours with the clients. If you decide you don't like a client during your first meeting, you don't have to work with them. You make over 15 per hour if you are working with 2 people in a home at the same time. If you are the type of person that likes a lot of independence without management constantly breathing down your neck on the job, then this is the perfect job for you.
