Pros

Made some great friends while working there.

Cons

Management micromanages employees. Supervisors target older employees and harrass them until they quit. High turnover rate from employees quitting. They also hire a lot of temps who are non empathetic with the clients. They never fire horrible supervisors- just transfer them to other areas in the company no matter how many employees they cost the company along the way. They would love to not pay a claim if you give them even the smallest reason not to. No organization or procedures for anything. Future unstable. Employees reduced from 13 to 6 and two of those were temps in the Omaha office. Promotions frozen for the last 4-5 years. Supervisor out right mean and nasty. If your dog dies- she will go out of her way to twist the knife and put you in tears. . .

Good place to park long term later in your career

Pros

Stable company, decent health insurance, decent PTO, decent 401k matching. Strong company with good reputation, will add strength to your resume.

Cons

Low annual raises (1-3%) if no promotion If you are promoted, expect about 6% annual salary increase. Good place to settle if you are further along in your career and looking for long term, stable employment. Don’t expect to get frequent promotions no matter where you are in your career. If you are just starting out, good place to spend a couple of years for gaining experience, beefing up your resume, and making connections.

Great Colleagues

Pros

Great Colleagues, friendly environment, go the extra mile for events and raising money for charity.

Cons

Workforce turnover is high, seems to be a boys club culture at senior management level, % of hires are based on who you know and not what you know. Higher focus is needed on professionalism.
