Pros

Good company culture friendly some bad apples but largely good. Pay is comparable. Similar to other large insurance/blue chip corps. Everyone is risk adverse.

Cons

Management can be too nice, lack of leadership when individual bad apples are out of line leading to employee on employee arguments. Overall not bad if you find the right position for you.
