Unreasonable expectations

Pros

Good pay in smaller communities, opportunities for bonuses, family feeling among employees and community involvement. If you're willing to put in extra time you'll do well.

Cons

Often the demands and timelines are unreasonable. Not a great work-family life separation. Strong resistance to change and poor change management. Sales staff trumps everyone and complains a lot. High stress environment.

Pros

Great benefits and even better people. Their New Hire Orientation day is amazing and a great way to get to know the company and the people who work for it. For the Lewis County area this company is very modern and forward thinking.

Cons

The fast paced and varied culture keeps you on your toes. If you are not willing to flexible or participate this might not be the place for you.

Pros

Pacific Mobile puts their values first and has a great culture for employees to grow and develop. The owners truly care about employees and the Senior Leadership Team is providing focus and strategy for the company. Raises are continually above standard cost of living and the company seeks to reward and recognize high performers and living our values. Benefits are good with costs to employees staying low and new improved options being offered. Employees are encouraged to recognize each other and have fun at work. The company provides 8 hours of paid time off each year for employees to volunteer and matches dollar for dollar charitable donations that employees make. It's a pretty awesome place with very generous people!

Cons

Very fast-paced and busy environment. Processes and systems have been complicated over the years and the company is working hard to improve, simplify and innovate but it's taking some time. Training programs are just starting to get developed. Currently you need to be a self-starter and problem solver to really be successful at Pacific Mobile.
