      Pros

      Pacific Mobile is a very generous company. They are willing to train and promote their employees so both the employee and the company benefit. They strive to provide a fun yet productive work environment for all of their 8 branches.

      Cons

      Their is currently a lack of processes in place, but they are working on these currently to improve.

      I is so much fun to come to work everyday and be surrounded by people that care about serving our customers and community and pursuing professional development opportunities

      The company has grown substantially over the last few years and their systems need to catch up with them

      Amazing, one-of-a-kind company!! The entire management team encourages each employee to put family first, while generating the highest quality of work! I've never experienced anything like it!
