      its a good comany and i love run machine and good benefits and good rotateing hours and goog pay

      its very hot work and the machain always break down wish is not under your control,But its scenes that the Team Leader blame you for it

      Decent starting pay. Was over $14 when I worked there but it looks like they haven't increased pay in over 10 yrs. Good insurance. It started off as a good job...

      Cons

      New mgnt came in. (Name Removed) pissed off everyone. Nothing could be done right by his standard. Ended up getting blamed for damaging a machine that was set up incorrectly not by me. Once you were in his sites, kiss your job goodbye. Production quotas are unrealistic and only increased every month. When you had production issues mgnt was no help for helping you learn how to work better.
