seemed good at first but upper management more delegation than leader terrible on morale

good benefits good people some managers good at the job and willing to pass on information to subordinates some care about people

Cons

does not care about employees only dollars involved spend alot of time in dark left to own devices to figure out what is needed only to be criticized for any decisions that while they accomplished the job fell outside of imaginary or porous and/or invisible guidelines or standards no real leadership or guidance from up top only criticism not to mention paycuts

Great salary and benefits, employees were great to work with, challenging so you won't get bored there, management pretty flexible when you need to deal with personal issues

Cons

Long hours, favoritism at the plant level, no guidance or direction in moving up in the company, company bought out so lots of layoffs
