Good starting job. Overtime available

Terrible Engineering, Poor work/life balance. Pay below average. Demand workers make up for lack of employees by working more than their capabilities. Non-ergonomic working conditions. Poor worker morale. Finding fault more important than finding solutions. Safety emphasis is that employees are cause of all accidents to avoid company culpability. Poor maintenance due to inadequate and/or incorrect parts. Unrealistic expectations of production figures cause constant missing of targets.

The company use to be a good company years ago. Still it has some benefices like 401K 6% match, health insurance and also dental and vision.

Cons

Like other companies around here and there it is under staffed. The worker has been obligated to work mandatory overtime for long time.
