Pros

A unique job away from traditional bedside nursing. Job allows you to critically think while staying hands on with patients. Nurses with backgrounds in all areas 12 hour shifts and very flexible scheduling. Generous paid time off and compensation is fair for a work from home nursing job Good culture amongst the clinical team

Cons

Daily changes which seems to be the norm for healthcare these days. Company growth has been slower than expected which limits professional development opportunities
