Pros

There were some really great people lower in the corporate hierarchy.

Cons

I had a really horrible experience in my short tenure with Pager. The organization of the engineering department made it very difficult for me lead my team to successful releases and for us to have any autonomy. I felt that senior leadership did not care for the well-being of their employees, and when I provided feedback on how things could be made better, I did not see any changes being made.

Pros

Focus on people's life-balance. No micromanagement at all. Flexible hours. 100% remote. Mature remote culture. Superb people to work with.

Cons

Some communication issues, but nothing out of usual problems in remote companies.
