Product is interesting so you can learn

Cons

-Terrible culture, or lack of culture. There is clear harrasment all over the place, no autonomy -People in charge of engineering are incompetent, outdated- pretenden to declive CEO they are knowledgeable, when they are not -Extremely high turnover, which shows People is not happy

- Great and transparent workplace environment - Good benefits - Good opportunities for professional development - Good work-life balance

Cons

- Salary is on the lower end of the spectrum - Deployment pipeline and documentation was a bit all over the place - but was constantly improving

Pros

*Team mates make you feel good while working with them. *There's always something to do. *Onsites were amazing.

Cons

*One of the leaders spent more time talking about people at their backs, also used their power to act entitled and be rude. *Each leader has their vision and often conflicts with others, and they don’t come to clear agreements. *No clear path on new features or handle tech debt. *Promises were made and none were fulfilled. *The new merge with other company brought changes that aren’t clear for people, decisions seemed to be taken on the go. *New leadership has ZERO empathy for their employees.
