- benefits are excellent. upward mobility - been promoted twice. Provided weekly one-on-one meetings with direct supervisor. Virtual lunch with CEO - he reached out when my father passed away and sent flowers - something you don't see at many companies.

Cons

- it is fast moving and evolves quickly. have to be motivated to be in this company. performance and feedback is constant, so we know how we are performing
