Pros

They teach you how to do everything in the store in a short amount of time

Cons

You will not be promoted past AM if you are white. The company is incredibly racist wen it comes to promoting. They show major discrimination on a daily basis

Pros

Coworkers were great, liked most people I worked with and the low-level managers. Pay slightly above minimum wage with occasional opportunities for raises.

Cons

Angry customers. Customers were always awful. Rude managers/higher ups. Every time the upper level managers would come in you could tell they only looked at you as a number. Hard work. Tons to clean and you aren't allowed to stop moving except for one ten minute break, or 30 minute break if you work longer than six hours.
