Pros

Good training, free lunches, good management. Advancement comes quickly if you have good work ethic. The management cares about employees.

Cons

No real cons, it is what you would expect working a typical "fast food" type environment. Pay is not stellar

Pros

-Friendly staff -Managers will work with you if you need it (like on hours). -Easy to learn jobs, not a lot of pressure. -You can wear jeans. -Yearly raise.

Cons

-It is very stressful for a first job, but if you stick with it it gets easier. -A few associates call off frequently and will not do their work, thus you have to pick up the slack. -Managers will work you beyond the child labor laws(16 yr. Olds) if you don't say anything. -Management is disorganized(I.e. being scheduled on days off, being thrown into a new position w/o training, store always runs out of things) but they are all very kind and will help you if you need it.
