      Great management (but that varies from store to store I'm sure) Accommodating to your available hours

      Cons

      Some corporate BS that you have to follow - down side of working for a big firm Perks are limited - only half off a meal when you're on shift (and free coffee/pop) No pay increase over some period of time

      Its a very well established company with great training Very forward thinking

      Cons

      As a catering coordinator your hours are very iffy. You are hired full-time but some days you are only working for 4 hours or so because of lack of orders.
