Pros

Flexible shifts and decent pay.

Cons

Call off once and get treated horribly. Various people I have worked with who have had deaths in the family or family emergencies were punished for calling off. Not ever thanked for picking up shifts or working late. 8+ hour shifts without breaks.

Pros

Free meals are the only pro

Cons

GM management is no good....workers who do nothing get everything they want, when honest good workers get dumped on.They cut your hours as a night baker, have a fit when you can't get your work done or have a fit when your product isn't 100% perfect. They add more and more work to a night baker, cut their hours but let the day bakers have all the hours they want. They punish the good workers by cutting their hours.
