Cons

To much to do for one person. Must time the pay is not worth it.

Pros

As a corporation they have well structured operations and job descriptions so you know what is expected of you. The benefits were real nice quality with Humana.

Cons

It can be a little difficult to move up some times, as some of the middle management in cafes and baking department, could be greedy and hold you back if they thought you were to valuable for them to let go.

Pros

If you close, you get to take the pastries/leftover bread home. 50% off all menu ideas, although some times your manager will treat you (always nice). Flexible hours, you usually work in 4 or 6 hours shifts with option to take 30 min break (unpaid).

Cons

Just a typical cashier/restaurant job ... nothing horrible. Management is a little iffy at times but it is not a big deal ... you just do your thing and that's it.
