Pros

Personally I enjoy the laid back environment I have at my store, though we have to get our work done, obviously, it is still a fun place to work. and the 65% employee discount is cool, and management, like shift supervisors, get a free meal.

Cons

The big wigs are very very strict when they come in, they check everything, so it is very stressful when they are there breathing down your neck.

Pros

Love the people I worked with, time goes by fast, fair company, cool management, discount on food and sometimes free food. Good growth potential. You can start as an associate and work up to a shift supervisor and then assistant manager etc.

Cons

The pay for a shift supervisor is pretty low, it's good management experience but you really do the job of an assistant manager just paid less. The hours are pretty crappy and all over the place.

Pros

Pay from 12-15 an hour. 4/10 hour nights.

Cons

Little to no help, even when needed you are basically on your own to get everything done on a time limit. But once you get the hang of it, it's a great job.
