Company organization is magical Training is thorough Staff is AMAZING, I love my team. Growth opportunities, Panco is constantly growing Benefits are great

Cons

Hours, this isn't a Panco con , just an industry con. Property Management hours are 9-6, work life balance in this industry is always a bit of a struggle. But with a good time off system, it's definitely manageable.

Upper Management treats you with respect and values you as an employee. I see co- workers around me being promoted, and I know if I put in the work and dedication I will have same opportunity.

Cons

I know because of Covid it’s difficult, but I wish we had some more company wide gatherings.
