Pros

The support you get from the corporate office is great. The company trusts you to get the job done and appreciates your skill, knowledge and experience. the atmosphere at Panco is friendly and positive. This is the best company I have ever worked for, hands down.

Cons

I Think the uniforms for the maintenance staff could use updating.

Pros

I've worked for Panco Managment for over 3 years and have been very happy with all aspects of my job and management. The commissions are based on a scale, not a set amount per lease, so I get almost double the commissions as my previous company paid out. The salary is very competitive and their are great health benefits. There is much room for growth as I have just been promoted to Assistant Property Manager at my property.

Pros

Panco has a great support system, from the corporate office on down. They are big on home/work balance and pay very well. I have grown and learned so much since working for this company, I truly think they are a great company.

Cons

I personally haven't experienced any negative reasons to not work for this company. As I said they pay well so I expect to have to work hard.
