• Welcoming and supportive team environment • Positive, upbeat workplace culture • Great training for beginners with no prior leasing experience • Management is helpful, patient, and approachable • Team is always willing to answer questions and support growth • Builds confidence in your role quickly • Feels like a second home — very comfortable atmosphere • Strong teamwork and communication • Opportunities to learn and grow within the company

Cons

There is definitely a learning curve when starting out, especially without prior leasing experience, and the environment can be fast-paced at times. However, the team is very supportive and always willing to help, which makes the transition much easier.
