I'm so happy to leave this review! This company and the team are seriously awesome. I had to move from Mass to Florida for personal reasons, and they couldn't transfer me, so I had to leave. But, get this, 10 days after I moved, they called me back and said they had a position for me in Florida! I was so glad to rejoin the team. Panco kept all my benefits, PTO, and commissions. They even kept my on-boarding bonus, even though I quit in between the two positions. I couldn't be happier with this company. It's priceless to be part of such a great team. I can honestly say Panco is the best place I've ever worked! 🥳

Supportive management- regional team is approachable and invest in professional growth. Work-life Balance- they encourage healthy boundaries and do their best to respect time off. Team Focused Culture- there’s a strong sense of collaboration between sister properties and regional team. Well Maintained Properties- they take pride in their properties and do not hesitate when it comes to making necessary changes. Opportunities to Grow Appreciation and Recognition- hard work does not go unnoticed with Panco.

Cons

No complaints here. Strong team support helps balance out any issues I’ve come across.

Pros

-Somewhere you can call home if you’re serious about your career and how people are treated. -Employees are valued just as much as the customer base. -Pay is competitive to industry/market standards, honestly even a little higher in my 6 years of experience. -PTO is fantastic from the start, 3 weeks your first year. -They still hold in person trainings and events where you can connect/network with your peers (which is nice compared to todays standards), in addition to the occasional virtual get-togethers -They care about doing the right thing even if it does come at a cost -Onboarding training was next level, 2nd to none. They’re very dedicated to your success!!

Cons

-Healthcare cost and mostly the array of options has some area of opportunity for improvement, but it’s not bad by any means. -401K match percentage is low, but the vesting period is fairly standard (2 years I believe). -While I don’t view this as a con, select personalities may not like the idea of working for a small company because they’ll feel they’re under a microscope. I just look at it as more opportunity to shine! -Employee rent discounts are generally lower than the other big players in the game
