Pros

Easy to get hired here, Because they are always hiring. Lots of friendly people to work with. You get to be out of the store a lot.

Cons

Well I have worked for This Company for over 9 years on and off as a closing Driver. I used to make 8.00 hr + average of 80.00 per nite in tips. That was 5 years ago. Now I get paid 4.19 hr while I'm on a delivery, and average about 30.00 nite in tips. Plus the 90cents per delivery they pay us for gas just doesn't cover it. I pay on average of 3 bucks a nite for gas out of my own pocket!! It also doesn't help that Papa Johns competes with there drivers for tips by charging 2.50 delivery fee, which some people THINK the driver receives. I used to average 20 delivers a nite, But now I'm lucky to get 10.

Pros

As a delivery driver: Take home cash every night Your out of the store enough to be able to put up with the BS and abuse in-store

Cons

No chance for advancement No chance for raises, in fact they are now paying less to drivers by operating them under the Reported Tips laws that allow them to pay up to $3 less per hour if they can show comparable tips received. Rude and derogatory treatment of the staff by the management, many bordering on sexual harassment No benefits Expect you to come in at your scheduled time and stay until THEY say you can leave, no matter what the posted schedule says or your prior/RL commitments, including family/children commitments Gross Mis-Management and blatant lies from managers regarding expectations, scheduling, training, etc... Retalitory treatment by the people in charge (GM's, AM's and shift leaders)

Pros

50% off pizza, satisfy customers with food, easy and fun to prepare the food, lots of time off, never have to get up early to go to work, fast paced, almost always something to do, delicious food made

Cons

Can be very overwhelming, not very many hours available to work, almost always working weekends, especially at night, senior manager is very unfair and gives more hours to favorite employees (even new ones) instead of employees working there for some time.
