No exaggeration, PaperCut is one of the cosiest places to work. At PaperCut you'd join a culture that is designed to feel you loved, cared, supported and empowered, so you could be you and contribute in all ways you can think of.

Cons

They'll spoil you and make you a miss-fit to work anywhere else.

Pros

Transparent management; great working culture; flexible with working hours; People & Culture team (ie HR) do a great job of looking after its employees. CEO is very approachable and he makes an effort to get to know everyone.

Cons

The company has experienced considerable growth in the last few years and I'm noticing more & more intra-office politics as more people come aboard and as we try to navigate through this period of change and growth. Office politics are everywhere though and HR generally do a good job of stamping out negative behaviour.
