Continentals give you a lot of days off, Coworkers are nice and easy to get a long with on nights.

Cons

When your machine is not running they have you run other machines with minimal training.

I've worked here over 10 years. The management team really cares about you as a person and making decisions that are as fair as possible. Lots of family-oriented social events and fun things like ice cream trucks, BBQ and pizza days, etc.

Cons

It has it's up and down times like any other business, but no real cons that stick out.
