      We have a great team, and everyone is in it to win it. Folks are well manner and willing to have discussions instead of arguments. Managers trust their employees to work hard and make good decisions on a daily basis. A healthy environment where Safety is our #1 priority. Work life balance is important here, not just a talking point.

      Some positions need to be updated as in proper documented job descriptions so folks understand their roles better.
