Fantastic coworkers who care about their jobs, plenty of work, decent pay, well lit, and management really tries to get you to feel like they care
Cons
Management does not actually care. In fact they are frequently deceitful, they will ignore almost any suggestion or request from the production workers until one of the office workers or one of them voices the idea, and every time they asked us what we thought the best course of action was for changing schedules or goals, they just went with what they initially wanted, regardless of he vote.
