Great benefits for medical, dental, eye and safety shoes RSP contributions Good co-workers (on certain shifts) Kitchener is a great City

Cons

No air conditioning, overworked, underpaid in certain departments, hard to advance, machines are breaking down left and right Favouritism on so many levels Combining 3 Canadian facilities and making a "super" plant was a bad idea. Change was made too quickly and not much though was put into it
