      Recognized for hard work, collaborative work environment, work and play hard. Travel, work from home, regular reviews.

      Cons

      At times - long hours and not enough help.

There are so many great things at Paradigm like the things you mentioned- true recognition for good work, collaborative team mates, flexibility and feedback-real feedback, not just a once a year review. You are correct that as we continue to grow & scale the size of our company, there are times where we just can't hire enough new 'digmers fast enough! It's a great problem to have-because it means that we are continuing to grow even during these unique times with the Pandemic. In addition to the great new employees that we continue to hire-we do have a solid stream of "boomerang" employees who re-join Paradigm.       Pros

      Paradigm focuses on employees. If you are a rockstar , Paradigm will have opportunities for you. Promoting from within is the norm, not the exception. Good employees are recognized and rewarded. Paradigm invests a lot in R&D and new products. The company takes (reasonable) risks to explore new markets and keeps growing. Work life balance is appropriate. Lots of flexibility is available.

      Cons

      It is a fast paced environment with frequent pivoting and looser standard operating procedures in some areas of the company. This is energizing to some people, but not all. Benefits package has some cons - healthcare is a high deductible plan with a limited network and a 3 year long vesting period for 401k.

      Great Company

      Pros

      - Tons of amazing, smart people in all areas. - Management visible and approachable. - Office is designed to have many spaces for people to collaborate, so you're not stuck in a cubicle or a drab conference room all day. - Lots of fun events throughout the year (City Scour, Paradigm Bash, Summer Picnic, puppy days, and many more). Even through the COVID-19 situation, opportunities to bring some fun to working from home have been provided (WFH Bingo and weekly trivia in addition to virtual trivia nights to name a few)

      Cons

      -As others have mentioned, company is growing, and structure and team changes happen fairly frequently. For some, this can be exciting and provide opportunities to learn new areas, but for those who prefer to get comfortable in one spot, this is probably not for you.
