Pros

Everyone is very friendly and willing to help out. Very casual environment. Work can be challenging and management wants to see you succeed and advance your career. A lot of potential for company growth ahead. They do a lot of fun activities and hosts gatherings for employees throughout the year.

Cons

Workload can vary quite a bit. You can be slammed one week and the next week be struggling to find work to keep you busy. Working after hours seems to be a common theme in order to meet deadlines.

Thank you for your feedback. We think our people are the best too-friendly and helpful-what great coworkers! Load balancing can be tricky in a services oriented environment, it's constantly being reviewed and adjusted for. You are absolutely correct-the work is challenging and management truly wants you to succeed and advance in your career. We are excited to see the growth and success of 2020!

Pros

- Growing company - Cool office (massive TV that plays sport games and video games, ping pong table) - Decent pay and benefits (outings, free food quite often, 401k and the usual insurance stuff, flexible hours)

Cons

- Steep learning curve for those without experience with Paradigm software. - The company can't seem to keep up with itself right now. The services team is too swamped with work to focus on training new employees. The company seems aware of this - they've hired 20% more employees since January - but it takes many months or even a year for new hires to become self sufficient so this problem might last a while longer.

Thank you very much for your feedback! We do have a pretty cool office here! :) We are constantly looking at how best to onboard our new employees. In December we started a four week comprehensive training program, which has made a big impact. We will continue to evaluate & look at additional ways to provide our Paradigm family with the training & tools they need for success. We are excited to be growing!

Pros

Flexible work environment, great culture, awesome benefits, lots of give back to charity. The company is always growing and changing, so that makes innovative ideas possible

Cons

Very focused on budget, which is good for the bottom line and company growth, but can be a hindrance when it stops hiring new people or needed items or trainings
