PDS is a tremendous organization to work for with a culture that is second to none.

Pros

PDS does things for their employees that other companies simply do not do. There is also an open door policy with management, they welcome feedback and new ideas.

Cons

PDS is a great place to work but the stress level is fairly high when compared to overall compensation. Raises are not given as often as they should be.
