      Pros

      Great opportunities and amazing team to work with. PDS is a company with a wonderful heritage and a very exciting future. In 30 years in business, they've built a great company to work for and a very talented and dedicated team of professionals. The leadership team is first-class and made up of some of the industry's top execs. There are very few local companies that have the all-star power of this leadership team. I have a lot of respect for the professionalism with which they lead, the expertise they bring, and for their vision for the future of the company. Great work environment. Great benefits. Great growth opportunities. Great management.

      Cons

      Some growing pains. PDS is in the process of laying the ground work needed to be a major player in the industry so there is the sense at times that we are in, "pardon our dust", mode. There are some inefficiencies and challenges as a result.

      Lots of different customers which allows you to learn alot of diferent technology.

      Cons

      With so many different customers and lack of documentation it was hard to provide excellent support.

      Pros

      • The people – I know every company says this, but I still truly believe it at PDS. • You have the ability to make a difference and impact change. In your department, at PDS and with our customers. • Opportunity for success & career advancement. Although you do have to roll up your sleeves and work hard. New opportunities are not handed out simply because an employee feels they deserve it, they must be earned. • Personal life/work balance and flexibility • I believe we are the best at what we do in our industry. • PTO –we get a lot of time off!!! • Perks & recognition: new in 2015-casual dress code, pot luck lunches, volunteer opportunities, re-occurring happy hours, year-end celebration, wellness/weight loss programs, recognition program, year-end awards tied to company values • Our customers – we work with some really great people! • We have a new CEO

      Cons

      • The last 3 years have been a rollercoaster with a tremendous amount of change. Along the way some poor decisions were made that did not always made sense. On top of it communication was poor. • There are several areas that lack resources, investments need to be made in order to get the growth results desired
