      Serious Work but with a Great Atmosphere

      Pros

      The work was always fresh and exciting, lots of variations and little repeat. The management at the Schenectady location was great. The cooperation between lab and engineering was typically very smooth. Working crunch time projects usually brought the whole branch together and come up big.

      High level decision to move the location kinda ruined a lot of what made the job great

      Great group of people to work with.

      Absolutely no organization with in the company. Company like a upside down triangle. Example 20 managers 3 workers.
