1)Young inexperienced management in engineering and lab mismanage timelines and then pressures staff to bail them out. 2) Emphasis is on how many jobs can be shipped while documentation suffers. Company approach is to focus on explaining documentation errors during audits, for whatever records auditors pull. Not the image this nuclear industry supplier pretends to project.
