There is so much diversity in what Paragon does, it will never get old. Employees are like a family here since a lot of the staff has been together more than a decade. There is very much a culture of ownership and empowerment. They hire the best talent and then treat them like they have the ability to work independently and trust you to ask questions where you need to. We are currently growing like crazy and there is a HUGE culture of promotion from within. Mostly, I feel like management genuinely cares about employees on a personal level. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

I have never worked for a better company. We have an excellent leadership team, tremendous working environment. You are always treated with respect.
