They don’t listen to what they preach regarding having a questioning attitude. One sided management system. Deaf ears.

-great place to work if you enjoy paperwork. I mean REALLY enjoy paperwork A LOT. -work from home 1 day a week :) -will become a Microsoft Word expert if you work here -culture is very relaxed - engineering management is very competent and reasonable

-There is very little engineering going on here.
