Pros

Paragon is a wonderful company with an amazing culture, helpful co-workers and great benefits. There's always something fun happening in the office (i.e., Chili Cook-Off, Lunar New Year Potluck, Cinco de Mayo luncheon, monthly birthday/anniversary celebrations). I'm proud to work at Paragon which is at the forefront of the nuclear industry providing safe, reliable, clean and affordable energy!

I learned how to have a questioning attitude, which I find very valuable as an engineer. My most enjoyable part of the job was the incredible support from colleagues and management.
