Pros
Paragon is a great place to learn about power plant components and earn career experience. The salary and bonus structure are generous, but the other benefits are nothing special. Direct management is flexible if your personal situation requires you to work remotely on occasion or leave early for an appointment.
Cons
The 401k match is only half of the 6% that you have to contribute. Health insurance is far below industry average. Expect to pay your out of pocket max for any major medical expense. There is no sick time allowance and allotted PTO time is below industry average. The CEO and other upper management are not receptive to feedback from employees on how to improve company culture and make drastic organizational changes on a whim. Finger pointing between departments is commonplace.
